New York Council president Thys presents $40K in phone cards to TRUMAN Battle Group...

Dr. Daniel M. Thys, New York Council president, flew out to the USS TRUMAN in the Persian Gulf via COD flight to personally present $40,000 in ship-to-shore telephone cards, donated by the Council, to ships and crewmen of the TRUMAN battle group.
