NATCAP Council hosts a Navy Birthday Celebration

In honor of the 232nd Anniversary of the United States Navy and to commemorate The 100th Anniversary of the Great White Fleet, the National Capital Council is hosting the Navy Birthday Ball on Friday, October 19, 2007.
