Veterans' Employment and Training Service Veterans' Employment and Training Service (VETS)
VETS assists veterans and active duty service members six months from separation in making the transition from military to civilian life, train for and find good jobs, and to protect the employment and reemployment rights of veterans, Reservists and National Guard Members. In partnership with other federal agencies, state and local governments, veterans service organizations, business and community groups, and professional associations, VETS provides services to employers, veterans and active duty service members six months from separation.
Unite US Unite US
Unite US is a free platform which is designed to connect current and former military service members and their families to impactful resources and opportunities in their local communities. These opportunities include connecting with local veteran organizations and peers, as well as with civilian supporters. This is an opportunity for Navy League councils to reach out to local veterans or those who are interested in the sea services.
Virtual Flight Academy Virtual Flight Academy (VFA)
VFA is a nonprofit youth aviation training program that will offer instruction to aviators as early as 12 years of age. The objective is to design a fun and stimulating environment that increases proficiency much earlier than age 22 when formal training at military or civilian facilities traditionally begins. VFA stitches community, e-learning, and flight simulation services together to provide an online training environment and experience.
United Through Reading United Through Reading (UTR)
United Through Reading is the nation' first nonprofit to promote the read-aloud experience for separated military families. United Through Reading offers deployed parents the opportunity to be video-recorded reading storybooks to their children which eases the stress of separation, maintains positive emotional connections and cultivates a love of reading.

Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP)
MSEP is a targeted recruitment and employment solution for spouses and companies. It partners Fortune 500 Plus companies with all military services, provides human resource managers with recruitment solutions, prepares military spouses to become competitive, job ready applicants, and connects military spouses with employers seeking the essential 21st century workforce skills and attributes they possess.
