As part of the Navy League’s mission to inspire and shape America’s future leaders, the Memphis Council proudly supports JROTC units throughout their region. This spring, the council recognized exceptional cadets from five Navy and Marine Corps JROTC units spanning the Mid-South, from Mountain Home, Arkansas, to Jackson, Tennessee, and Horn Lake, Mississippi, including two outstanding programs in Memphis and Millington, TN.
These cadets were awarded the Theodore Roosevelt Youth Medal for their remarkable dedication, spirit, and leadership within their unit. By celebrating these young leaders, the Memphis Council reaffirms its commitment to fostering patriotism and preparing the next generation to lead with honor and integrity. BZ!
