The Sarasota-Manatee Council and the Tampa Bay Council renewed their joint-adoption of the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater in late January. With the station celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, the councils believe it is the perfect time to reaffirm their commitment to stand alongside the men and women of Air Station Clearwater—supporting their mission, honoring their families and recognizing five decades of extraordinary service to their community and our nation.
