A Whirlwind of Events to Start Honolulu Council’s Holiday Season

December has been a whirlwind so far for the Honolulu Council! During the past few days, the council supported Radford High School’s History Community Night as part of the Military Youth Advisory Council, attended the Marine Corps Forces Pacific Band Holiday Concert, hosted the Hawaii United Prevention Task Force for their holiday party, supported the NAVREG Holiday Party, attended the VMU-3 Change of Command on MCBH, participated in remembrance ceremonies commemorating the 84th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor at both Pearl Harbor and Marine Corps Base Hawaii, teamed up with the Federal Managers Association- FMA Chapter 19 for their annual Toys for Tots golf tournament fundraiser, and helped welcome home the USS Hawaii (SSN 776) with the help of our amazing local paddlers.
