The Charleston Council partnered with the USO, Towns4Troops, First Command Financial, and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary to give the crew of USCGC Stone a warm and well-deserved welcome home following a lengthy and record-breaking counter-drug deployment.
The homecoming celebration included food and drinks for the crew and their families, kids’ activities, and sign-making materials to help ensure every returning service member felt the appreciation of their community.
Bravo Zulu to USCGC Stone on a successful mission, and thank you to all the organizations and volunteers who made this celebration possible.
