On March 7, the Honolulu Navy League proudly presented awards to outstanding Sailors aboard their adopted submarine, USS Hawaii (SSN 776), during a special pier-side ceremony.
The council recognized six Sailors for their dedication, leadership, and contributions to the submarine’s mission:

Sailor of the Quarter: HM1(SS/FMF) John Maldonado
Junior Sailor of the Quarter: STS2(SS) Hayden Olds
Blue Jacket of the Quarter: EMN3(SS) Maximillian Farrar
