Honolulu Navy League
On August 17, the Honolulu Council cheered on the incredible participants at the Na Koa Wounded Warriors and Gold Star Regatta. The council says it was inspiring to watch their resilience and courage as they rowed out to sea. Thank you for supporting these wonded warriors and their families!
The council also had the incredible honor of meeting Dakota Meyer, a true American hero and Medal of Honor recipient. His courageous actions in Afghanistan saved countless lives, and he continues to share his story of valor to all around the country. The council heard from him firsthand about his dedication to service and country, a reminder of the sacrifices made by our brave men and women in uniform.
