As a special tribute to our maritime heroes, the Memphis Council joined Millington Mayor Larry Dagen and other community leaders in signing the proper documents to secure a Lone Sailor statue for the city. The statue will no doubt honor the city of Millington’s deep naval roots and those who have served in the sea services. We can’t wait to see when the city will dedicate the statue!
