Mississippi Council President Joe Mercado presented the Golden Stick award to LTJG Blake Allen Sebring, USN, during a winging ceremony in the chapel onboard NAS Meridian, Jan. 30. The Golden Stick is awarded to the student with the highest composite score during training and sponsored by the Mississippi Council of the Navy League. Bravo Zulu!
