As part of their outdoor recreation program, the Pacific Central Region sponsored a five-mile hike through Castle Rock and Diablo Foothills Regional Park for 11 U.S. Coast Guard Pacific Area finance staff. Steve McCabe and Bill Kinsey, both from the Contra Costa Council, shared their knowledge of the area with the hikers as they trekked across the park. Alameda Council’s Ken Langford organized the event and led the group to the park to start their hike. BZ to all involved!
