The St. Louis Council hosted their 249th U.S. Navy Birthday Ball on Oct. 25 with guests from local regional and sea services leadership. Rear Admiral Stephen R. Tedford, Program Executive Officer for Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons, delivered an enlightening speech, and master of ceremonies Wayne Chauncey, past council president and a Boeing employee, opened the night, setting the tone for an evening of pride and celebration.
