The Bremerton-Olympic Peninsula Council attended an awards ceremony for the Port Angeles High School Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC) in the school’s gym to present Theodore Roosevelt Youth Medals and welcome the unit’s new commander.
