The Honolulu Council attended and supported the Coast Guard Foundation’s Tribute to the Coast Guard, a powerful evening celebrating the bravery, service and sacrifice of the men and women of the U.S. Coast Guard. The evening featured heartfelt tributes, delicious food prepared by talented local chefs and Coast Guard Culinary Specialists, and vibrant Hawaiian entertainment that showcased the spirit of aloha. The JROTC Coast Guard unit from Kalani High School served as the Honor Guard, an inspiring reminder of the next generation committed to service.
