During their recent Annual Meeting, the Honolulu Council celebrated a night of milestones and achievements! They installed new board members, recognized outstanding Sea Cadets who received well-deserved awards and welcomed guests from UH ROTC, JROTC, the Navy, Marines and Coast Guard. Rear Admiral Richard Seif, commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Navy Pacific Fleet, was the guest speaker, sharing insights on leadership and commitment to mission excellence. Sounds like a fantastic night!
