September was a busy month for the Navy League Memphis Council, packed with opportunities for members to connect and share their passion for the sea services. The month kicked off with the Navy League Board of Directors Meeting on September 19th, where all members and friends of the Navy were welcomed to engage with the leadership team and discuss the council’s mission and upcoming initiatives.
The excitement continued on September 24th with a lively Navy League Happy Hour at The Ready Room. The first drink was on the council, and the gathering drew in both familiar faces and new supporters who share a dedication to the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. While the delicious refreshments and great company were highlights, the true focus was on strengthening the sense of community and renewing the council’s commitment to supporting the sea services.
This event wasn’t just about unwinding; it was an opportunity to share success stories and showcase the impact the Navy League Memphis Council has made. From supporting youth programs to advocating for our sea services, the evening provided a platform for members to reflect on what they’ve accomplished together and discuss future goals.
