The North Dakota Council welcomed three Sailors from the USS North Dakota Submarine at their quarterly meeting in Bismark. Commanding Officer Kennard, Lieutenant Rinehart and Petty Officer Andraderuiz addressed their council members and answered questions. The submarine will be homeported in Hawaii come January 2026.
