Members of the San Diego Council who are also USS Fitzgerald Alumni attended the ship’s Change of Command ceremony, where Commander Paul F. Richardson III assumed command from Commander Jayson C. Larsen. The event celebrated the Fitzgerald family’s legacy and recognized the 2024 Sailor of the Year award winners. Thank you all for your service!
