The Sun Coast Navy League Council proudly recognized PO2 Briar Lambley of the Gulf Eagle Division, U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, as the division’s Sea Cadet of the Year.
PO2 Lambley was presented with the Theodore Roosevelt Medal, a prestigious honor awarded to outstanding Sea Cadets who exemplify leadership, character, and dedication. The medal was awarded by Sun Coast Council members Bill Urbanek and Bill Keeler, who commended Briar for his commitment to excellence and service.
Congratulations to PO2 Lambley and the Gulf Eagle Division on this achievement—and to the Sun Coast Council for their continued support of youth leadership and development through the Sea Cadets program.
